I'm a Prince George County native; born and raised in the local area. I am a proud Graduate of Prince George High School. I am married to Kim who is also a Graduate of Prince George High School. We have a 5 year old daughter, Skylar and a daughter Cassidy who is 2. Kim has a Master's Degree and worked for 13 years as a 6th grade Teacher with the Prince George County School system prior to joining me in Real Estate in 2006. We reside in Prince George County.

After a brief move to Northern Virginia in the early ninties, I decided that I missed being here in Prince George County. Upon moving back to the County, I worked in retail management for several years and then decided to start my own business (which I still operate today with the assistance of my family). With all of the help coming from my family in running the business, I was also able to maintain a career in Public Service. Upon attending Moseley-Flint School Of Real Estate in 2002, I decided to go "full throttle" into a career that had previously been just a hobby. In 2003, I received the Fred Morene "Rookie of the Year" and "Platinum" award from The Southside Virginia Association of Realtors for outstanding achievements in Sales and Service (Closing over 50 transactions and over 3.5 million in net sales in my first full year). In 2004, I received the Emerald Award by closing 77 transactions with net sales of 5 million.

In June of 2005, I started THE GIBBS TEAM to provide a superior level of service to my clients. For the 2005 year, The Gibbs Team received the Ruby Award for net sales of over 6 million. This is the highest sales award given by our Association!
